Job Description
Elevate the Sound. Drive the Stream. Inspire the Community.
Are you a live-sound engineer, videographer, or technical media specialist looking for a premium weekend role that combines top-tier gear with multi-year job stability?
Prime Management Consulting & Solutions is looking for a sharp, autonomous Audio/Visual (A/V) Technician to take full command of the technical execution for a local, secure worship center. If you thrive in live production environments, love running professional digital mixing boards, and know how to deliver a flawless broadcast stream, this is the perfect long-term addition to your freelance or weekend schedule.
This isn't a temporary gig we are offering a stable, highly predictable multi-year position where you can showcase your talent, work with premium equipment, and play a vital role in keeping a vibrant community connected both in-person and online.
What You’ll Do (The Technical Scope)
As the primary technical point of contact on-site, you will run the show from the A/V booth during weekly services. Your day-to-day operations will include:
Pre-Service Calibration: Arrive 45 minutes prior to the service to boot up systems, perform mic line checks, configure stage monitors, and run signal diagnostics to ensure zero technical friction.
Command the Soundboard: Actively manage and refine the live audio mix using professional digital mixing consoles (including the Mackie DL32S system), balancing gain structures and EQs perfectly for both the physical room and the streaming audience.
Manage the Visuals: Coordinate camera placement and operation to provide a clean, engaging visual presentation.
Drive the Broadcast: Launch, monitor, and cleanly conclude the high-definition live stream to Facebook Live via broadcast software (OBS/Streamlabs).
System Secure: Execute a proper, sequenced shutdown of all digital assets post-service, logging any equipment support needs for the facility staff.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
Premium Part-Time Pay: An exceptional hourly rate of $37.50 $38.00/hr for a straightforward, targeted weekend shift.
Unmatched Long-Term Stability: This is a multi-year contract role, giving you a guaranteed, predictable weekend revenue baseline for years to come.
Zero Equipment Overhead: You don't need to bring a single piece of your own gear. The facility provides a fully loaded, high-end technical booth featuring Mackie and Behringer digital boards, dedicated streaming computers running Proclaim software, and specialized camera systems.
Autonomous Work Environment: You are trusted to run the booth independently as the local technical expert.
Schedule Matrix
Every Sunday morning (approximately 3 to 4 hours per session, including setup and breakdown).
Up to 8 special non-Sunday events/services throughout the year scheduled well in advance.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least one (1) year of documented experience handling live multi-source audio mixing (digital soundboards) and video streaming operations (OBS, Facebook Live, or YouTube Live platforms).
Reliability: Absolute, lock-step punctuality. Because live production waits for no one, you must be someone who views "early" as on-time.
Professionalism: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain public decorum within a professional, interfaith facility.
Compliance Baseline: Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent, speak fluent English, and be able to pass a routine facility background clearance check.
Ready to Lock In Your Long-Term Weekend Slot?
Don't let this premium weekend contract pass you by. If you have the technical ear, the streaming know-how, and the drive to deliver professional results, we want to speak with you.
