You are the first checkpoint in the revenue cycle, where accuracy drives downstream success. Every chart is validated before moving forward.

What You Will Own
Portal & API-based eligibility verification
Insurance, demographics, and coverage validation
Chart classification: Approved, Held, or Denied
Historical coverage review and discrepancy identification
Team oversight, productivity monitoring, and escalation management
Complete handoff of unresolved cases to Night Shift

Qualifications
3+ years in Eligibility & Benefits Verification, healthcare operations, or insurance support
Team Lead/L4 handling experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong leadership, analytical, documentation, and communication skills
