We are urgently hiring a Printing Supervisor (Male only) for our production facility. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with 4-7 years of experience in the printing or packaging industry, particularly in offset or flexographic printing.Key Responsibilities:Production Management: Oversee daily printing operations, including pre-press and post-press activities like cutting, lamination, and die-cutting.Team Leadership: Manage and train a team of operators and helpers to ensure production targets are met.Quality Control: Conduct rigorous quality checks to maintain color consistency and adherence to client specifications.Operational Excellence: Plan work schedules, manage inventory (ink, paper), and minimize material wastage.Maintenance: Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance department for any breakdowns.Salary & Details:Salary: 40,000 45,000 per month.Experience: 4-7 years.Gender: Only male candidates
