Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Administrator
Salary: AUD $90,000 + Super
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and administer contracts for residential and commercial solar installation projects.
• Ensure all contracts and project activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, solar designers, electricians, suppliers, and clients to support timely project delivery.
• Track project budgets, schedules, progress claims, contract variations, and extensions of time (EOTs).
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, compliance documents, permits, and project correspondence.
• Assist with procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate scheduling of solar installations, inspections, and maintenance appointments with field teams and electricians.
• Support grid connection applications, compliance paperwork, and documentation related to solar batteries, solar rebates, and energy programs.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure all documentation is completed before project handover.
• Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and resolve contract or project-related issues efficiently.
• Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth day-to-day project coordination.
• Ensure the organisation remains updated on daily developments across all solar projects.
What We’re Looking For
• 3 years of relevant experience as a Contract Administrator in construction, energy, or related fields
• Qualification of Bachelors or higher in the relevant field
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with energy efficiency or sustainability projects is a bonus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software
