Cadence is a growing Sydney-based logistics company. We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator. You will manage daily operations, business data, and stakeholder communications. This role ensures seamless information flow across our supply chain network.
Key Responsibilities
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and carriers.
Documentation: Create, update, and maintain freight logs, compliance files, and invoices.Data
Organization: Manage and audit digital business databases for accuracy and accessibility.
Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate schedules, meetings, and updates for vendors and corporate partners.
Office Management: Oversee Sydney office supplies, mail distribution, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Prior experience in the logistics or supply chain sector is not necessary for consideration.
