Malaysia Agency Management Specialist(Remote)

Responsibilities:
- Agency management: Provide comprehensive support to agencies to improve performance and long-term stability, including daily communication, activity coordination, policy explanation, FAQ handling, and relationship maintenance.
- Agency&Host BD: Recruit potential agencies, influencers, and hosts to join the platform. Build and maintain strong partnerships while continuously expanding the host ecosystem.
- Host/Talent management: Improve host performance and income through targeted management, training, and operational support. Identify, nurture, and develop high-potential and top-tier hosts.

Requirements
-Proficient in Malay, English, and Chinese
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Team player with a positive and collaborative working attitude.
-Experience in operations, voice or live broadcasting platforms; existing resources in agencies and hosts are a strong plus.
