Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote construction services and projects
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
Manage digital marketing activities including website updates, SEO, and social media platforms
Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and project portfolios
Coordinate with sales and project teams to align marketing strategies
Conduct market research to understand industry trends
Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Assist in tender submissions and pre-qualification documents
Track and report marketing performance and campaign results
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in marketing, preferably within construction or related industry
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of market research and lead generation
Basic understanding of construction services is an advantage
Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
