Role Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Representatives.
Your role will be to promote our services, connect with potential clients, and bring in new business. This is a flexible, remote opportunity ideal for people who are confident, driven, and enjoy sales.
Key Responsibilities
Promote SiteMintWeb services online and offline
Reach out to potential clients (social media, messaging, networking, etc.)
Explain our website monetisation services clearly
Convert leads into paying clients
Maintain professional communication at all times
Work Structure
Fully remote
Flexible working hours (you choose your schedule)
Results-driven role
Performance Requirement
Minimum 1 paying client per month required
Failure to meet target may result in loss of base pay and/or role review
Pay & Benefits
300 monthly base pay (only if target is met)
30% commission on all client sales
High earning potential no cap on commission
Work independently with full flexibility
