We are currently looking for a creatively driven AI Romance Content Manager from within the AI creator space someone who understands how to create emotionally addictive AI-generated content that captures attention, drives engagement, and converts viewers into book buyers.

This is a 1-year creative growth partnership designed for someone who:

* Understands TikTok and Instagram engagement psychology,
* Enjoys creating emotionally compelling romance content,
* Understands viral storytelling formats and audience retention,
* And wants real-world portfolio-building experience while growing with an emerging romance brand.

About the Role

The AI Romance Content Manager will focus specifically on creating and posting AI-generated romance videos designed to market and drive sales for our romance novels especially 'Our Happy Ending'.

The goal is to create short-form content that makes viewers emotionally invested, curious, obsessed, and eager to purchase the books behind the stories.

Responsibilities

The role will involve:

* Creating engaging AI-generated romance videos inspired by our novels and characters,
* Posting short-form content on TikTok and Instagram Reels,
* Following viral storytelling, editing, and engagement trends,
* Creating emotionally gripping, cinematic romance edits that increase curiosity and audience retention,
* Developing content specifically designed to drive traffic and sales to our romance books,
* Using emotional hooks, suspense, tension, romance tropes, and storytelling psychology to create highly shareable content,
* Helping grow the online visibility and audience reach of our romance brand.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal person:

* Is already active within the AI creator space,
* Understands TikTok and Instagram short-form culture,
* Knows how to create scroll-stopping edits,
* Understands emotional storytelling and audience psychology,
* Can use AI tools creatively to produce cinematic romance-focused videos,
* And is interested in growing with an emerging digital romance brand.

Partnership Structure

This opportunity begins as a volunteer creative partnership.

However, we will provide:

* Monthly data support for content uploads and platform activity,
* Real-world experience building and scaling a digital romance brand,

Affiliate Commission Opportunity

After the first 6 months of strong consistency and engagement performance, the manager will receive a unique affiliate link connected to our romance book sales system.

Any sale generated through their affiliate link will earn them an instant 40% commission.
