Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Ogun State, Nigeria. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying staffing needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding. The role includes maintaining relationships with hiring managers, refining recruiting strategies, and supporting training programs to ensure a seamless and professional recruitment experience.
Qualifications
Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent.
Strong Interviewing and Communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism throughout recruitment conversations.
Ability to design and deliver effective Training programs for newly hired employees.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple recruiting processes simultaneously.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in recruitment within the corporate or industrial setting is an advantage.
