Job Title: Business Development & Growth Intern (Unpaid/Remote - Benefits)

The Mission

We are looking for two (2) high-energy Business Development Interns to join our "Growth Bench." You will identify high-value leads, sourcing opportunities in global communities, and learning the mechanics of a high-ticket agency.
What You’ll Do
Lead Sourcing: Scout Facebook groups, Telegram communities, and LinkedIn to identify founders who need project management or brand launch support..
Client Success Support: Assist in managing client communications once onboarded to ensure "Somprod Standard" delivery(paid)
Growth Reporting: Participate in weekly Somprod strategy meetings to report on lead pipelines and conversion metrics.
