Part-Time Interview Specialist (Remote).

We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Interview Specialist to support both client interviews and technical interviews. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, interview coordination experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct and manage client interviews professionally
Support and participate in technical interview processes
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams
Ensure a smooth and positive interview experience
Requirements.

Languages
English: B2/C1 level
Spanish: C1/C2 level

Equipment
Must have access to 2 working devices (e.g., laptop + tablet or 2 laptops)

Availability
Able to work 4 5 hours per day
Must be available during Colombia time zone (CST)
Available to start immediately

Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Technical and non-technical interview handling experience preferred
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Employment Status
Currently unemployed or managing only a side job/flexible commitment.

Compensation
Salary: $300/month
