Coastal Reserve Western Cape, South Africa

A beautiful coastal reserve in the Western Cape is seeking a dynamic and experienced couple to join their luxury hospitality team. This opportunity is ideal for passionate hospitality professionals who thrive in a guest-focused, nature-driven environment.

General Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in 5-star properties
Own transport
Valid driver’s licence essential
Strong leadership & time management skills
Creative problem-solvers with initiative
Ability to work independently
Warm, outgoing personalities with excellent guest interaction skills

Role 1 Requirements:
Level 1 Marine Guide Qualification (or Level 1 with Marine completed within 6 months)
All guiding qualifications up to date & valid
First Aid Level 1
Strong maintenance & vehicle maintenance skills
Excellent hosting abilities
Basic HR knowledge
Valid PDP
Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Role 2 Requirements:
Strong hosting skills
All-rounder operational knowledge advantageous
PAN knowledge essential
Computer literate (MS Office)
Strong administration skills
Basic HR knowledge
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Driver’s licence advantageous
