We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, lead market strategy, and position a leading hotel in Cape Town for continued success.
YOUR MISSION:
Maximise hotel revenue across all segments by driving sales performance, implementing strategic marketing initiatives, and optimising pricing, distribution, and market positioning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive revenue across Rooms, F&B, and all market segments
• Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans
• Implement revenue management strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agents & key stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
• Oversee reservations and revenue management functions
• Manage performance, forecasting, and budgeting
WHAT YOU NEED:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel / hospitality sales
• Proven track record in revenue growth and client acquisition
• Strong understanding of revenue management and market segmentation
• Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills
• Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing or Hospitality
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
