Hatfield, Pretoria: ONLINE SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR (For Bookstore)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable, proactive and reliable
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English A MUST, with good written and verbal communication skills in both
-Matric / Grade 12 a must
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
-Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail work environment
-Recent experience in e-commerce, bookselling or customer service a must (Specifically customer service experience which includes support, guidance and assistance to customers before, during and after a purchase - Not customer liaison experience which is limited to communication only)
-Own reliable transport to work a must (Own vehicle, lift with family member, lift with spouse etc. Not public transport)
-Stable employment record (no job hoppers) and contactable employment references
-No lawful termination at any previous employer due to misconduct or non performance
-Residing in Pretoria (within daily commuting distance)
-To start as soon as possible
Work Hours:
-Mondays to Fridays from 08h00am 17h00pm.
Duties:
-Online sales administration and customer service administration duties for Bookstore
-Process online sales from website and other platforms
-Manage order administration to ensure timely completion.
-Provide excellent customer service and support to online clients.
-Capture bibliographic information about books to promote sales
-Perform general administration duties that support online sales.
Salary: R 8 000.00 R 10 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on relevant experience)
