Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
o Wage & Salary Administration
• Researches and recommends sound policies and procedures on wage
administration.
• Ensures that minimum wages applied as per the National Wages and
Productivity Commission.
• Updates the Salary Structure of the Club based on the minimum wage applied
as per the National Wages and Productivity Commission.
o Benefits Administration
• Evaluates and reviews all existing company benefits and ensures proper
implementation of such.
• Studies and recommends new employee benefits program as the need may be.
• Facilitates processing of employee benefits.
• Monitors government benefits contributions, loan payments, sickness and
maternity benefits.
Facilitates processing of employee clearance, last pay, or retirement pay.
o Labor Relations
• Communicates with employees found violating company policies.
• Prepares documentation of investigation proceedings.
• Implements due process in executing disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with the HR Manager and to the management any labor related
case of employee. Seek legal opinion of the Legal Counsel.
o Employee Relations
• Handles employees’ inquiry.
• Uses sound decision making/judgment on issues/concerns pertaining to employees.
• Maintain positive relationship with employees.
o Perform related task that may be assigned by the Superior
