Position: Nurse Practitioner Occupational Medicine
Location: Canton, OH
Status: Full-Time, Monday Friday Day Shift
Clinic Type: Industrial manufacturing onsite employee health clinic
Salary: $70.00 $75.00 per hour

Duties:
Evaluation and treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses
DOT physicals, medical surveillance, audiometry and vision screening
Drug and alcohol testing
Case management and return-to-work coordination
Wellness initiatives, immunizations and injury prevention support
Ergonomic assessments and workplace safety collaboration

Requirements:
Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license
BLS certification
Ability to work independently in a single-provider clinic
Occupational health, urgent care, ER, or related clinical experience
Strong documentation and computer skills
DOT/FMCSA Medical Examiner certification
COHC Previous or current
COHN or COHN-S certification preferred
Industrial or manufacturing health experience
