This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors manage their own schedule, workflow, and taxes. Our team delivers online courses, leadership workshops, and personal development programs in over 100 countries. We operate fully remotely, collaborating across time zones while maintaining flexibility and independence. This role does not involve selling products, recruiting others, or any upfront costs.

What You’ll Do
• Participate in structured training and mentorship
• Use company-approved materials to communicate with interested individuals
• Engage with prospective clients through phone and online conversations
• Facilitate support and training sessions for new team members
• Maintain consistent communication and follow up with professionalism

• Manage communication activities across online platforms
• Conduct initial conversations with prospective participants
• Provide guidance, support, and training to new participants
