Job Description
1.Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate complex, high-value commercial agreements (e.g., strategic partnerships, SaaS, M&A) to protect company interests.
2.Risk & Compliance: Identify legal risks, ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, and implement corporate policies.
3.Executive Advisory: Provide actionable legal counsel to internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Product) and C-suite executives.
4.Dispute Resolution: Manage litigation, arbitrations, and relationships with external legal counsel.
