Job Description
1.Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (e.g., SaaS, vendor, strategic partnerships, M&A).
2.Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor regulatory changes, oversee corporate governance, and ensure adherence to local and international laws (e.g., privacy, employment, and competition law).
3.Dispute & Litigation Management: Develop litigation strategies, oversee disputes, and manage external legal counsel.
4.Business Advisory: Act as a strategic legal business partner to executives and cross-functional teams to enable business growth and operational efficiency.
