1.Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive, omnichannel marketing strategies aligning with overarching business goals.
2.Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and lead the marketing team to achieve departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
3.Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO/SEM, email, social media, paid advertising, and events).
4.Analytics & Optimization: Monitor market trends, analyze campaign data, and track KPIs to continuously improve Cost per Lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
