Job Description
1.Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and internal legal documents.
2.Regulatory Compliance: Monitor statutory changes, ensure adherence to local laws, and establish corporate governance policies.
3.Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Manage active lawsuits, represent the company in legal proceedings, and coordinate with external law firms.
4.Legal Advisory: Counsel executive teams on legal risks related to business decisions, mergers, or new product launches.
