Job Description
1.Drafting & Vetting: Preparing contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and other legally binding documents.
2.Legal Research: Analyzing current legislation, case laws, and regulatory updates to advise stakeholders and mitigate organizational risks.
3.Compliance Management: Ensuring the company or firm adheres to relevant corporate laws, filing deadlines, and internal policies.
4.Case Management: Interviewing clients or witnesses, organizing evidence, and assisting in the preparation of court cases or dispute resolutions.
5.Liaison & Reporting: Interacting with external counsels, regulatory authorities, and fellow professionals, as well as updating internal management on ongoing legal matters.
