Job Description
1.Team Leadership: Hire, train, onboard, and mentor sales representatives to maximize their individual potential and productivity.
2.Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, define sales territories, and establish clear revenue quotas.
3.Performance Tracking: Analyze sales metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
4.Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare and monitor department budgets while generating accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
5.Customer & Market Management: Cultivate high-level client relationships, negotiate contracts, resolve escalated complaints, and identify emerging market trends.
