Business Development Associate (Field Sales)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive / Business Development Associate to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, pitch our services, and close deals with local businesses.

This is a field-based role where you will directly interact with business owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients (cafes, restaurants, resorts, retail stores)
Conduct in-person meetings and present our 360 virtual tour services
Explain the benefits of Google Maps visibility and visual marketing
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
Close deals and achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets
Maintain client relationships and follow up for conversions
Coordinate with the internal team for project execution

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Willingness to travel locally for field visits
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Prior sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Salary and Benefits:

Fixed salary: 15,000 20,000/month
