About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned *Contentful CMS Architect* to lead the design and
Implementation of a scalable headless CMS platform. You will define architecture, establish
best practices, and guide teams in delivering enterprise-grade digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect and design scalable headless CMS solutions using Contentful
• Define content models, taxonomies, environments, localization strategies, and
publishing workflows
• Establish space architecture strategies (single space vs multi-space, environments
strategy)
• Lead integration of Contentful with frontend frameworks (Next.js/VueJS) and
enterprise systems (CRM, DAM, CDP, Analytics)
• Define and enforce API design standards (REST & GraphQL) for content delivery
• Optimize content delivery performance, caching strategies, and CDN usage
• Conduct architecture reviews and define engineering best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable
solutions
• Mentor developers and guide implementation throughout the lifecycle
• Lead content migration strategy and tooling (Contentful Migration CLI, scripts,
ETL tools)
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality
Required Skills
Technical Skills
• 10+ years in solution/technical architecture; 2+ years hands-on with Contentful
• Deep expertise in headless CMS and composable DXP architecture
• Strong proficiency in React.js/VueJS, REST/GraphQL APIs
• Expertise in content modeling at scale (modular, reusable, localized content)
• Experience designing efficient GraphQL queries and minimizing over-fetching
• Strong knowledge of Contentful ecosystem (Spaces, Environments, Apps, APIs)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with search integrations (Algolia) and personalization platforms
• Knowledge of edge caching, CDN strategies, and performance optimization
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Job Description
Data Engineer SAP Datasphere & ETL Developer (Offshore) role.
*Rate: 1.5 LPM*
Key Responsibilities • Design and implement end-to-end integration of employee master data from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (including pilots, cabin crew, engineers, ground staff, and expatriate workforce) into SAP Data Sphere. • Build semantic layers, business entities, data flows, and analytical models in SAP Data Sphere to enable accurate workforce analytics and planning. • Develop and maintain SAC Planning models for headcount planning, crew rostering support, attrition forecasting, skills & licensing management, seasonal demand planning, and cost center budgeting. • Configure live and import connections between SuccessFactors, Data Sphere, and SAC while ensuring high performance and data security. • Incorporate aviation-specific requirements such as flight crew licensing, medical certifications, flight hour limitations, base/transfer planning, and GCAA regulatory compliance reporting. • Collaborate with HR, Crew Planning, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership to translate airline business requirements into effective planning solutions. • Design interactive SAC dashboards, stories, input forms, and allocation processes for workforce demand-supply balancing, scenario modeling (e.g., fleet expansion, peak season), and what-if analysis. • Ensure data quality, harmonization, and governance for a large, diverse, and multi-national workforce. • Support user training, change management, and adoption across operational and planning teams in the UAE. • Perform performance optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of the solution. • Implement appropriate data security, role-based access, and compliance with UAE data residency and privacy regulations. We need at least one E2E implementation experience Technical Skills • Core Technologies: SAP Data Sphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning & Analytics), SuccessFactors Employee Central. • Integration: SuccessFactors OData APIs, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), Data Sphere federation. • Aviation Advantage: Experience with crew management systems, flight operations data, or workforce planning in Airlines / Aviation. • Others: SAC Predictive Forecasting, Advanced Formulas, Data Actions, Hierarchies, and currency/exchange rate handling (multi-currency for international crew).
