Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on AI Product Manager to own and drive our AI product portfolio end-to-end. You will build demos, craft prototypes, write PRDs and user stories, and serve as the primary client-facing product leader. You bring 5+ years of PM experience, a practitioner's grasp of AI/LLM technologies, and the executive presence to engage CXO-level stakeholders with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership
Own multiple AI products end-to-end vision, roadmap, backlog, launch, and iteration.
Define and prioritize features balancing client needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Track product performance and adoption metrics, iterating based on data and user feedback.
Hands-On AI Prototyping & Demos
Build working prototypes and interactive demos using AI and no-code/low-code tools independently.
Use generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to create compelling client-ready demonstrations.
Experiment with AI APIs and LLM platforms to stay hands-on with the technology you manage.
PRD & Requirements Management
Author high-quality PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are developer-ready.
Own the full requirements lifecycle from discovery and stakeholder alignment through delivery.
Translate complex client and business needs into precise, prioritized technical requirements.
Client Engagement
Serve as the primary product representative in client meetings, demos, and executive reviews.
Gather, synthesize, and prioritize client feedback into roadmap improvements.
Manage scope, timelines, and expectations across multiple client engagements simultaneously.
CXO & Leadership Collaboration
Work directly with C-suite (CEO, CTO, CPO) to align product strategy with business vision.
Present roadmaps and strategic recommendations to leadership in a data-backed manner.
Champion AI product innovation influencing build-vs-buy decisions and go-to-market strategy.
Agile & Cross-Functional Delivery
Lead sprint ceremonies as Product Owner planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
Apply end-to-end SDLC knowledge from ideation through deployment and post-launch monitoring.
Partner with engineering, design, data science, QA, and business teams to align and execute.
AI Expertise
Prompt Engineering
Design and optimize prompts for LLMs using few-shot, chain-of-thought, RAG, and structured output techniques.
Create reusable prompt templates and document failure modes to inform product and engineering decisions.
AI Evals & Quality
Design evaluation frameworks to assess AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, safety, and task completion.
Define eval metrics, maintain benchmark suites, and lead red-teaming efforts before client deployment.
Translate eval results into prompt and product improvement priorities with engineering teams.
LLM & GenAI Knowledge
Hands-on with leading LLM platforms: OpenAI GPT-4/o, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and Mistral.
Understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases, fine-tuning, and agentic AI workflows.
Awareness of responsible AI principles bias, hallucination risk, fairness, and data privacy.
AI Productivity Tools
Expert use of AI tools: Copilot, Notion AI, Gamma, Otter.ai, Fireflies for PM workflows.
Proficiency with no-code AI builders claude, google AI Studio etc.
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Product Management, with 2+ years on AI/ML or data-driven products.
Proven end-to-end product ownership across multiple simultaneous products.
Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management experience.
Direct experience working with CXO-level stakeholders (internal and client-side).
Hands-on with prompt engineering and LLM-based product development.
Familiarity with AI evals, model quality metrics, and testing methodologies.
Solid Agile/Scrum experience as Product Owner with strong PRD writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience launching B2B SaaS or AI-native products at scale.
Exposure to enterprise AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
Certification in Product Management (AIPMM) or AI/ML (DeepLearning.AI, Coursera).
Familiarity with A/B testing, feature flagging, and PLG strategies.
