Position Title: Information & Investment Analysis Coordinator
Location: Adelaide, South Australia 5000
Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)
Salary: $90,000 per annum + superannuation

Synergy Housing is a South Australian-based property development and housing solutions provider, specialising in residential land development and housing projects. The company is involved in the identification and assessment of development opportunities, project delivery, and investment structuring, including vendor finance arrangements for clients and investors.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Information & Investment Analysis Coordinator to support the company’s growing development and investment portfolio. This role is responsible for analysing, organising and managing development and financial information across multiple projects, and providing analytical support to assist in feasibility assessment, investment decision-making, and vendor finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse financial and project data relating to land acquisition and property development opportunities
• Assist in feasibility studies, including cost analysis, risk assessment, and projected return evaluation
• Evaluate investment opportunities and support the structuring of vendor finance arrangements
• Organise and manage project and financial information across multiple concurrent developments
• Prepare reports, summaries, and analytical insights to support management decision-making
• Monitor project performance, budgets, and financial outcomes against forecasts
• Identify financial and operational risks and provide recommendations to improve outcomes
• Develop and maintain structured information systems and reporting processes
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external partners to ensure accurate and consistent information flow
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business, Finance, Management or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, credit assessment, risk evaluation, or information management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• High level of attention to detail and organisational capability
• Experience in property development, construction, or investment-related environments is highly regarded
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
