Full Time Cook
Salary Range: $76,515 $80,000 + SUPERANNUATION
DUTIES
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu requirements and standard portion sizes.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients in compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, including workstations and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and support efforts to reduce food waste.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification), or at least 3 years of relevant full-time work experience.
• at least 1 years of relevant experience as a Cook.
