Full Time Office Manager
Contracted as Administration Manager
SALARY $80,000 per year plus Superannuation
DUTIES
• Contributes to planning, review and continuous improvement of administrative systems, job workflows and service standards for electrical, solar, battery and EV installation operations.
• Coordinates scheduling of electricians and subcontractors, allocates resources, tools and vehicles, and manages job bookings to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Assigns tasks to administrative staff, monitors workflow performance, and supports onboarding, training and performance management.
• Maintains accurate records including quotes, invoices, job documentation, compliance certificates and customer data; oversees accounts, payments and expense tracking.
• Liaises with clients, suppliers, contractors and energy providers to coordinate installations, resolve operational issues and ensure timely project completion.
• Oversees procurement and maintenance of equipment, materials and office supplies, ensuring availability for ongoing projects.
• Ensures compliance with WHS requirements, electrical safety regulations and relevant industry standards across operations.
• Ensures business activities comply with applicable legislation, licensing requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinates recruitment, rostering, payroll support and ongoing staff development to support business growth and operational efficiency.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Diploma or higher education in business administration, management or related fields is highly regarded
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration or office coordination
• Proven experience in office management, including job scheduling, invoicing, record keeping and compliance documentation
• Experience coordinating field staff, subcontractors and service bookings is preferred
• Ability to supervise administrative functions and support team coordination to ensure efficient service delivery
• Strong client communication skills, with experience liaising with customers, suppliers and contractors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job management or CRM systems
• Knowledge of WHS requirements and general industry compliance standards
