We are seeking a capable and motivated Store Manager to lead the team and contribute to the continued success and growth of the store.
Location: Morley WA 6062
Salary: $80,000 to $83,000 per annum plus superannuation
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day supermarket operations to ensure efficient store performance
• Monitor sales, margins, and expenses to maintain financial outcomes
• Prepare sales forecasts and manage store budgets
• Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve operational and customer service standards
• Implement promotional activities and in-store merchandising
• Manage pricing, stock control, and inventory levels
• Ensure availability of fresh and grocery products across all departments
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance with company policies
• Develop and enforce store procedures, including health and safety standards
Requirements
• At least one year of full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience in a similar retail management role
• A Diploma or higher qualification is preferred, or an additional year of relevant experience
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced supermarket environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods
