• Location: Chorley
• Contract Type: Temporary
• Start Date: Monday, 4th May 2026 (expected)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 4:30pm
• Pay Rate: 13.00 per hour (weekly pay)

• Short-term assignment (temporary only role primarily)

Overview:

We’re recruiting for a Warehouse Labourer to assist a busy distribution operation in Chorley. This is a hands-on, physically active role ideal for someone looking for immediate short-term work with steady weekday hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading of shipping containers, manual lifting / carrying items.
• Safely lifting, moving, and handling boxes and heavy goods around the warehouse facility.
• Assisting with general housekeeping to keep the working environment clean and organised.
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse tasks as directed by the site team.
• Following all safety and manual handling procedures.

Candidate requirements:

• Must be physically fit and comfortable with manual work involving heavy lifting.
• Previous warehouse or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently as part of a small team.
• Available to start immediately and commit to the full temporary period.

Particulars:

• 13.00 per hour
• Weekly pay every Friday for the previous week’s hours.
• Monday to Friday, daytime hours (7:00am 4:30pm).
