Contract: Temporary to Permanent (12 weeks)

Pay Rate: 13.98 per hour (paid weekly)

We are currently recruiting exclusively on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation based in Colne, who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone with previous administrative experience who is looking to join a supportive and fast-paced working environment.

Key responsibilities:
• Maintain and update customer records accurately on internal systems and spreadsheets
• Send email confirmations and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
• Verify and update existing customer information within the database
• Coordinate urgent direct shipments between suppliers and customers
• Ensure all relevant documentation is completed and issued correctly for orders, shipments, and compliance requirements
• Provide general administrative support across the team as required
• Monitor and maintain accurate data records on a daily basis

Working hours:
• Flexible working pattern between 30 40 hours per week
• Flexibility can be discussed at interview stage, including consideration for school hours where required
• Weekly pay provided

About you:
• Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using spreadsheets and internal systems
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
