Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of the store, lead staff effectively, and help drive sales performance while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Appoint staff, allocate duties, and monitor team performance.
Prepare and oversee staff schedules to meet sales and productivity targets.
Balance cash register receipts and arrange bank deposits.
Monitor competitor activity and respond to market challenges.
Manage stock rotation and control surplus stock.
Analyse sales and business records to identify growth opportunities.
Plan in-store promotions and special events.
Liaise with staff to ensure customers are informed about products and promotions.
Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and stock control is efficient.
Handle customer complaints and service queries professionally.
Oversee financial records and security arrangements for the premises.
Authorise payments for supplies and assist in pricing decisions.
Check product quality and maximise advertising and display opportunities.

Experience & Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer service abilities.
Ability to sell products and services effectively.
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
