Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily sales activities across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels
Track sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and handle enquiries efficiently
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
Analyse sales data and prepare regular performance reports
Support and guide sales staff to improve productivity and customer engagement
Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently maintained
Requirements
Previous experience in a sales or supervisory role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions
Good organisational and leadership abilities
Experience in retail, wholesale, or distribution is an advantage
Proficient in basic IT systems and sales tracking tools
