Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join our team in Rumuola, Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing the company’s online presence, and supporting marketing efforts through creative content development and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide accurate and timely information about the company’s products and services.
Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
Keep records of client interactions and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
Manage the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.) creating, posting, and responding to engagements in line with brand standards.
Develop engaging marketing content (graphics, short videos, posts, and promotional materials) to drive visibility and customer engagement.
Support marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at brand growth and client acquisition.
Monitor online feedback and analytics to improve communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1 2 years of experience in customer service, social media management, or marketing-related roles.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) or social media scheduling tools is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving ability, creativity, and attention to detail.
️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing or CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
