Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
This role is responsible for implementation of the production framework as well as systems supporting the framework. The role will support international entities and validate compliance to the framework.
Duties and Responsibilities:
System Management
- Enabling the framework through system process and system implementation
- Ensuring that access to confidential data is restricted (access control)
- Must ensure that all systems are maintained (SharePoint, AX etc.)
- Ensuring that all relevant information available in accordance with the framework
- Updates all relevant documentation and follow up on the workflow in the system
- Gap analysis and status reporting on the framework
- System enablement and management
Administrative
- Management and administration of some departmental purchases and
payments/licences
SHERQ Compliance
Knowledge and Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in System Administration or a similar role
- Industry experience in Mining or Manufacturing is an added advantage
Educational Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or similar).
- Certificate/Diploma in Administration.
Skills and Attributes:
- System management or proven IT skills
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Proven computer literacy in Excel
- Microsoft AX
- Attention to detail
