Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
- Experience with office management, handling records, and maintaining a calendar
- Willing to work in various locations
- Must be a current resident of Metro Manila
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Handle confidential documents and information
Assist with onboarding of new employees
Support other departments with administrative tasks
Maintain office policies and procedures
- Starting 18,000 + incentives & allowances (commensurate with skill and experience)
