Since 1996, has been the leader for In-Home Healthcare services. We are looking for enthusiastic and caring people to work with the elderly, disabled and veteran population in the Yakima, Goldendale and Ellensburg area of Washington.

WE OFFER: PAID TRAINING NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
COMPETITIVE WAGES- Starting wage is $22.52 per hour ($22.77 with certification) Weekend differentials (+.50/hour for weekend shifts / high need differentials (+.20/hour dependent upon task) / mileage reimbursement* (current IRS rate) Pay Scale Placement with proof of cumulative hours.

PAID TRAINING- HCA training available, ask us about it today!

BENEFITS- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, paid time off starting after 3 months of required hours at 80 hours a month.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ability to perform basic duties of the job- Basic job responsibilities may include: assistance with walking, transfers, eating, toilet use, dressing, personal hygiene, bathing, meal preparation, housework, and laundry, shopping, transportation, telephone use and companionship. Care needs range from high medical needs to low social needs.

*Must be able to successfully pass a Washington State background check
*Lift and Carry 35lbs (and demonstrate proper use of body mechanics while bending, twisting and lifting)
