Job Description
We are searching for a Restaurant Manager to join our Kelly's team in Danvers. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling finances, and maintaining inventory. Plays a vital role in ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities span across various aspects of the business, from front-of-house operations to back-of-house management.
Essential Functions:
Assist the General Manager in daily operational supervision and execution
Provide hands-on leadership by working alongside team members during peak hours
Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality service and food standards
Support inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
Help drive unit performance by executing creative strategies to increase sales and manage costs
Interview and recommend candidates for hiring, promotion, and termination
Resolve guest concerns in a professional, timely manner
Ensure operational excellence by executing daily opening and closing procedures
Help achieve or exceed restaurant goals related to sales, service, and staff performance
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management or supervisory role within a high-volume quick service or fast-food restaurant
Proven track record of job stability and career longevity
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, lead, and empower team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
Comfortable with multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficiency in working with Point of Sale applications
Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
Committed to maintaining a customer-focused environment
Current Food Service Sanitation Managers Certification, or the ability to attain one
Current Allergen Certification or the ability to attain one
