Regional Continuous Improvement Manager
Salary Up to $150,000 + Bonus + Benefits in NE Washington covering ID, OR, & WA

Job Responsibilities for this Regional Continuous Improvement Manager:
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Optimization across several wood products facilities, helping teams boost reliability, efficiency, and throughput.
• Work side by side with plant leaders to strengthen data collection, analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and turn opportunities into real, measurable improvements.
• Guide staffing and skill development, ensuring each site has the right people and capabilities to sustain long term operational excellence.
• Mentor and grow optimization talent, helping coordinators and plant teams build confidence and technical depth.
• Create practical, hands on training that makes improvement tools easy to understand and even easier to apply on the mill floor.
• Support local trainers so they can confidently teach and reinforce optimization methods.
• Collaborate with engineering and analytical teams to refine manufacturing configuration, product mix, and raw material strategies.
• Influence big decisions by contributing to regional strategy and evaluating capital projects for real value and operational impact.
• Lead straightforward, constructive optimization audits that help plants stay on track and share what’s working across the region.
• Bring in outside expertise when needed and make sure it’s used effectively.
Minimum requirements for this Regional Continuous Improvement Manager
• Degree or experience in a engineering field.
• A genuine interest in wood products manufacturing and how to make operations run better.
• Experience in the WOOD industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical instincts paired with practical, real world problem solving.
• A grounded, approachable leadership style that earns trust and builds capability.
