Controller Hands On Leadership Role

Salary Up to $140,000 + Benefits

A profitable, well established small business is seeking a Controller who wants more than a traditional accounting role. If you enjoy variety, collaboration, and being involved in both finance and operations, this could be the perfect fit.

This is not a sit behind a desk all day position. Leadership here wears multiple hats, stays connected to the business, and works closely with teams across the organization.

What You’ll Lead
• Financial oversight: budgeting, forecasting, banking relationships, and higher level financial decisions
• Accounting Leadership: managing accounting staff
• Warehouse Management: oversee a team and support day to day operations.

Minimum requirements for this Controller’s position:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience working with banks, including managing banking relationships or supporting lending/credit processes
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
• Leadership experience or the desire to lead teams in both office and operational settings
• Comfort working in a hands on, fast moving small company environment.
