Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as AR Callers. The candidate will be responsible for handling insurance claims, follow-ups, and ensuring timely payments from insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and payment follow-ups

Handle denied or rejected claims and take necessary actions

Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits

Ensure accurate documentation of call details and claim updates

Work on aging reports and prioritize claims for follow-up

Maintain quality and productivity standards

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Willingness to work in night shift

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the process

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate (Preferred)

Freshers are welcome

Candidates with AR Calling or Medical Billing knowledge will have an added advantage
