The Role:

The QAQA Coordinator-Cleaning is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our facilities. This role involves overseeing cleaning operations, conducting inspections, and implementing quality assurance protocols.

Conduct regular inspections of cleaning operations
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures
Train and supervise cleaning staff
Coordinate with management to address quality issues
Maintain records of inspections and quality metrics
Team Structure: You will work closely with the cleaning staff and report directly to the facility manager.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and soft skills to effectively manage cleaning quality.

Experience in quality assurance
Knowledge of cleaning standards
Attention to detail
Communication
Problem Solving
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in quality assurance or cleaning management are a plus.
