Position Title: Full-time Painter

Annual Salary: AUD $77,000 + Superannuation

Introduction:
Alpha Corporate Property Services is a leading property management company based in Dandenong, Victoria, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Painter to join our team for an immediate start. You’ll be part of a professional and highly regarded team, delivering quality workmanship and responsive maintenance services across a diverse range of sites.
Duties:
• Carry out routine and reactive painting works across commercial sites
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching and priming to ensure durable finishes
• Complete touch-ups and repainting to maintain the appearance and condition of properties
• Identify and repair minor surface damage, including cracks, holes and water-affected areas
• Safely set up and use ladders, scaffolding and access equipment for maintenance tasks
• Mix and apply paints and coatings to match existing finishes and meet site standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work area while following workplace health and safety procedures

Skills and Experience:
• Certificate III in Painting & Decorating
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory
• Victorian driver's license (own vehicle a bonus)
• Strong emphasis on quality and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Respectful and ready to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow site plans and manage time effectively
