Position Title: Full-time Office Manager
Annual Salary: A$ 80,000 + Superannuation

Cloudforce Bookkeeping & Business Solutions Pty Ltd is a modern accounting and business advisory firm providing bookkeeping, taxation, payroll, and business support services to a diverse client base across Australia. We pride ourselves on delivering efficient, technology-driven solutions and high-quality client service. We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive full-time Office Manager to join our team for an immediate start.
Duties:
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Managing day-to-day office operations, systems, procedures, and administrative functions.
• Overseeing scheduling, workflow coordination, and ensuring smooth business operations.
• Managing office supplies, equipment procurement, and maintenance.
• Supporting bookkeeping, payroll coordination, and client documentation processes.
• Assisting in implementing and improving office systems and digital processes.
• Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative staff.
• Liaising with clients, service providers, and regulatory bodies where required.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in an office management or administrative role.
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping environments will be highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., Xero, MYOB) is an advantage.
