Job Description
Experience
• 7 10 years of core Business Analysis experience, with strong exposure to
greenfield web development projects
• Proven background in airline domain systems, especially PSS, DCS, GDS, and
Check-in workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end requirement elicitation using workshops, interviews, and
stakeholder walkthroughs, and translate them into clear, actionable
requirements
• Create and manage high-quality user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
in Jira, ensuring traceability across the delivery lifecycle
• Proven experience in analyzing, documenting, and validating both functional
and non functional requirements including performance, security, scalability,
and usability.
• Collaborate directly with customers, internal stakeholders, third-party
vendors, and core development teams to clarify requirements and resolve
ambiguities
• Support and guide QA/testing teams by validating test scenarios, reviewing test
cases, and participating in UAT
• Model business processes and system interactions using UML (use case,
sequence, activity diagrams) and mind maps
• Act as a domain SME for airline passenger processing, including check-in,
boarding, and integration touchpoints with PSS/DCS/GDS
• Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and delivery approaches, and
contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum BA practices, including backlog grooming and
sprint ceremonies
• Hands-on experience with Jira (story drafting, workflows) and Confluence
(structured documentation)
• Solid understanding of requirement elicitation techniques and stakeholder
management across diverse groups
• Ability to work independently with customers and translate business needs
into technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional and
multicultural teams
