Assembly Operative

• Accrington, Lancashire
• 13.21 per hour (day shifts)
• Hours: Monday Thursday: 7:00am 4:00pm & Friday: 7:00am 1:00pm

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assembly Operative to join a busy company based in the Accrington area. The role involves working in a fast paced environment using a variety of power tools.

Key responsibilities:
• Assemble products using power tools.
• Inspect finished items to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures
• Report any faults, damages, or material shortages to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

Skills & Experience Required
• Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
• Manual dexterity and good hand eye coordination
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
