Are you passionate about billing operations, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and working with global portal systems like Ariba, Coupa, and Tungsten? Do you enjoy solving complex billing challenges while delivering an exceptional customer experience?

We’re looking for a Billing Representative to join our dynamic Billing Operations team!

What You’ll Do:
• Manage customer requests across billing portals (Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, Taulia)
• Handle vendor onboarding, portal registrations & trading relationships
• Drive process improvements & automation in billing workflows
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Deal Desk & Sales teams
• Resolve billing escalations & support collections and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with invoicing controls & internal policies
• Act as SME for billing processes & support system integrations

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years in billing / Order-to-Cash (O2C) functions
• Strong experience with third-party billing portals (Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
• Advanced Excel, reporting, and analytical skills (Power BI is a plus)
• Solid understanding of invoicing, collections & contract impact
• Strong stakeholder management & problem-solving mindset
• Experience in software / SaaS / high-tech environments preferred
