Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Membership Consultant to join our gym team. The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, and passionate about fitness, with strong sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell gym memberships to walk-in and prospective clients
Handle inbound and outbound calls for membership inquiries and follow-ups
Conduct gym tours and explain membership packages clearly
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain proper follow-up with leads and existing members
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
Support front desk operations when required

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales (gym/fitness industry preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident personality with presentable appearance
Ability to work on targets
Immediate joiners preferred
Must be based in Dubai
